The “Holiday Blues” seems to hit all of us at one point in time or another, but did you know you could beat the stress simply by keeping hydrated?

A lot of the time when we’re feeling tired it’s from dehydration, and while we are busy with holiday plans we often forget to take a moment to drink water. It will also help you burn calories!
