The holiday months are upon us with Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year. The holidays are filled with family and of course great food. I have been working so hard this year to stay healthy and fit.
I am going to take this upcoming week to meal plan, not only nightly meals, but holiday meals with healthy dishes and most importantly healthy snacks.
