I have thought long and hard about what I want to give up for Lent when it starts this Ash Wednesday.
There is one thing that is hard for me to give up when it comes to my new health routines, and that includes chocolate. Who doesn’t love chocolate? I figure this is a perfect opportunity to try to cut down. So for Lent I am giving up chocolate, then my goal is to cut back on it after Lent is over. Do you give up something during lent? Another great idea is to try something new including a hobby like knitting, reading, or painting. Let me hear your plans in a comment!
