We are six months into the year already (Can you believe it?) and getting ready for Summer. The kids are still in school this week, so I feel like this is my last week of a relatively normal schedule. I have been working hard trying to get ahead and making arrangements for the kids to have enriching child care while my husband and I are at work this summer.
“As we express our gratitude, we must never forget that the highest appreciation is not to utter the words, but to live by them.” – John F. Kennedy
Lately, at home I have been enjoying each special ground coffee flavor from Roaring Spring Water! The previous month, at home, I had Banana Nut Bread, which was amazing!
I had a wonderful Mother’s Day yesterday! My family surprised me with breakfast in bed; it’s a tradition for us. They made my favorite cappuccino K-Cup and served it to me in a brand new fireside mug from Roaring Spring Water.
In March, my team and I discussed ways to get up and moving while still making a contribution to our society. We decided to sign up for upcoming walks throughout the community and raise money for important causes that are close to each of us.
As my followers know, I love gardening! I make sure to garden all year long both inside and out to get my family fresh grown fruit, vegetables, and herbs!
Each year our extended families get together on Easter day for a big dinner to celebrate Jesus. I am just now starting to plan the menu along with our day.
I absolutely love April Fools’ Day! My family and I enjoy playing innocent pranks on each other to enjoy the day. My kids always anxiously await what fun pranks we will do.
We moved ahead one hour yesterday. I, along with countless others, had a hard time waking up today. It seems like that lost hour is important to our sleep.
I have thought long and hard about what I want to give up for Lent when it starts this Ash Wednesday.
