Resolutions don’t always apply just to yourself. I love my job and I have made resolutions for work as well. I first make sure to make goals for myself, and goals for my employees that won’t overwhelm or stress them.
We have all made it to 2020, and I am so excited for a new year. A new story if you will. We all make resolutions to better ourselves each year. Last year I vowed to eat healthier, and I really pay tribute to this blog in helping me keep my goals, especially my goal to stay more hydrated.
I love a new start! And this Wednesday we all get a fresh one. This is a great time to promise, plan, and make resolutions. My favorite resolution that began this wonderful blog, was investing in my family, my employees, and myself with a resolution to stay more hydrated.
It’s here! Christmas Week is finally upon us. I am finishing my last day of work this week then I am blessed to have the rest of the week off to spend with my family and kids since they are starting their Christmas break today as well.
The end of the year is coming to a close and for my business, that means ensuring we have met and exceeded our goals. I always try to help my employees meet these goals before Christmas to ensure they can spend some much needed, and well deserved time with their families.
As you all know gardening is my passion. I love keeping up with it year round and during the winter months it’s nice to tend to my inside garden, which contains all my herbs for cooking.
Thanksgiving is a wonderful holiday filled with the love of family and great food. Each year I tend to go all out for Thanksgiving. We have a big menu planned and family that is planning travel in from out of town.
I love that we all get to have the time to spend together. I have a menu planned with a shopping list ready to go to get done before the big day. The kids will have Thanksgiving break from school, and we can all just relax and have fun, at least that is the plan. I am blessed to have a family that helps me in the kitchen and we make it a family event. With Roaring Spring Water, they always make things so much easier. Our monthly delivery helped me stock up on enough water not only for hydration, but cooking as well. And of course, we can’t forget the coffee for that early morning wake up call on Thursday. Do you have Thanksgiving traditions with your extended family? I would love to hear some of your own menu plans, as well.
“Duty, Honor, Country. Those three hallowed words reverently dictate what you ought to be, what you can be, what you will be.”
Staying properly hydrated helps regulate body temperature, keeps your brain sharp, and keeps everyone productive. Providing easy access to water for your employees is a simple step you can accomplish as an employer to ensure your employee’s health stays in tip top shape.
Plus, water and proper hydration have been linked to even boost morale and productivity. Roaring Spring Water helps businesses with an easy delivery option to ensure your business is stock with bottles of water and the right amount of water coolers to keep you and your staff hydrated. I love it at my own office building. It ensures my employees are hydrated, happy, and productive. It really is a win-win. And, bonus, Roaring Spring Water also provides coffee options to add to your monthly delivery. This can include anything from ground coffee, K-Cups, pods, creamer, sugar, swizzle sticks, cups, and more! Don’t worry if you are unsure of how much water and coffee supplies you need. Roaring Spring Water has been doing this a long time, with businesses throughout PA and WV, and will help you calculate the right amount to get you started and options to update your order anytime. Are you ready to help your employees with healthy hydration?
I hope you have an enchanting and spooky time! I am planning an annual party for my family and friends with costumes, pumpkin decorating, and so much more.
